Return Policy
Return Policy: If you are not satisfied with a purchase you made from Yaegerwatch.com you may return it for refund or exchange (excluding cost for shipping & handling) for a period of two weeks after the ship date of your watch. Our standard return policy is for “in stock” items only and does not include “special orders”. See below for information.
- All exchanged / returned items must be in original factory carton and must include all packaging materials, inserts, manuals, warranty cards (not filled-out), and all accessories.
- The merchandise must be in the same condition as what was shipped and must not have been tampered with by any (third) parties.
- Any purchases made at the site must have a “RMA” form included in the box and you must first have authorization from Yaegerwatch.com to return it.
- Postage costs for returns and exchanges must be pre-paid and non-refundable.
- “Special Orders”. Special orders are categorized as the following: (1), not in-stock items, (2), custom or unique orders (i.e. alterations to watches). All special orders are “final sale” only and are not returnable for exchange or refund.
