Watches sold by Yaegerwatch.com are guaranteed to be new, genuine and authentic timepieces.  But since we are not authorized dealers for most watches; we stand behind all new watches with the “Yaeger Two Year Watch Guarantee”.  All previously owned watches come with a one year guarantee.  If you have questions then please give us a call at 888.Tick.Tick.

If for any reason your watch does not function properly for a period of two years from date of purchase simply return to us and we will repair it FREE of charge.  (This warranty excludes the battery, bracelet, screws, bezels, crowns / stems, finishes, clasps, buckels, straps, crystals, normal wear and tear or any other external damage).   Our warranty is void if the watch is repaired by some other company other than Yaegerwatch.com.  Shipping and handling charges associated with repairing a watch under warranty is the responsibility of the watch owner.   

Yaegerwatch.com / Yaeger Watch Inc. is not associated with or formally affiliated or registered as an authorized agent for many of the watches we advertise, market or sell at our store or on our website; furthermore we are not factory authorized dealers for many of the watch companies shown at our web site; this includes Rolex Watch Company USA, Patek Phillipe Watch Company, Cartier or any other foreign or domestic watch manufacturer.

Yaegerwatch.com disclaims any liability for consequential or incidental damages for breach of written or implied warranty of this watch, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
